President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rhodes joined Restoration Robotics in July 2016. He brings over 25 years experience in marketing, sales and leadership in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Restoration Robotics, he spent over 13 years at Intuitive Surgical Inc., the market leader in surgical robotics. While at Intuitive, he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice-President of World-Wide Clinical Marketing, Sr. Director of World-Wide Marketing and Director of Marketing. Mr. Rhodes was a key architect of the company’s procedure market focus and development efforts, including the successful launch of the global Urology franchise. Prior to Intuitive Surgical, he spent over 11 years in various management positions in sales, marketing, professional education, and market development at Ethicon Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company. Mr. Rhodes holds a B.A in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
Gabe Zingaretti, Dott. Ing.
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Dr. Zingaretti joined Restoration Robotics in 2008 as Senior Software Engineer. He led software development for the ARTAS System and the successful ARTAS physician training program. Prior to Restoration Robotics, he developed advanced algorithms for detecting breast cancer at R2 Technology. He also worked as Software Architect for Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Proteomics group. Dr. Zingaretti received his Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from University of Rome and participated in a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship at the Obesity Research Center at Columbia University.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ms. Holland joined Restoration Robotics in December 2011 and brings with her over 25 years of leadership experience from several high-tech industries including software, capital equipment, and medical device. Prior to joining Restoration Robotics, she served in multiple management positions at Therma-Wave (a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer), EndoGastric Solutions (a medical devices manufacturer), and N.E.T (a telecommunication capital equipment manufacturer). Ms. Holland received a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University and became a C.P.A. while working at KPMG.
Vice President, Market Development
Mr. Anderson joined Restoration Robotics in September 2017. He brings over 25 years of medical device experience in sales and sales leadership. Prior to Restoration Robotics, Greg was Director of US Sales at Abbott Vision thru the acquisition of OptiMedica. Before Abbott, Greg was acting Vice-President at OptiMedica where his team’s commercial success was pivotal in creating customer value and re-occurring revenue streams thru both increased utilization and adoption. Prior to these roles, Greg was Vice-President of Sales at IntraLase and WaveLight where he led capital sales, clinical and business development teams creating strategy and shareholder value that ultimately lead to company acquisitions. Additionally, Greg spent 14 years at Coherent Medical with increasing levels of responsibility where he gained extensive experience in several surgical specialties, including aesthetics, working closely with both dermatologists and plastic surgeons creating value and driving incremental revenue growth. Mr. Anderson holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance
Mr. Lee joined Restoration Robotics in January 2013. Ray brings over 20 years of proven RA/QA experience at several medical device companies. Most recently, Ray worked at Solta Medical where he was responsible for global regulatory strategy and obtaining worldwide clearances. Prior to Solta, Ray was head of Global Regulatory and QA for TRIA Beauty, an aesthetic company that sells OTC light-based technologies. Prior to TRIA Beauty, Ray worked at other medical device companies, including Symphonix, Pulmonx and Insound Medical. Ray received a B.A. in Biological Science from California State University, Hayward.
